Hotspots was started by Mrs Sood (Bindu) after she saw her son going through all the hassles in selecting and buying a property for his backpacker resort. She decided that it shouldn’t be this difficult for people and thought that she could bring a level of professionalism to Real Estate Brokerage.

She then completed a diploma in "Principles and Practise of Real Estate Management" from the Indian Institute of Real Estate Agents (IIRE) and started with a small practice in Lonavala. She later got recognition as a Realtor ® from the US.

She is assisted by her husband Mr N. K. Sud, retired Chartered Accountant, who was the General Manager of Mohan Meakins Springwater Breweries (think Old Monk Rum and Golden Eagle Beer) in charge of Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat. He also served as the Chairman of the Industries Association of Khopoli.

Manu Sood  has started IT and Hospitality businesses in Australia, Singapore and India. He completed his MBA from the most prestigious university in Australia, UNSW at the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Having just finished building his resort in Kerala, he is now assisting others buy and sell hotel and resort properties. With a network of professionals, we can offer turnkey projects in most tourist friendly states. See his public profile on Linked in.
